Terms and Conditions of Sale

The client who signs this contract for a fixed period may under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed duration.

Stays are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit, which will be deducted from the final invoice upon arrival. Deposits are cashed upon receipt and must be paid within 5 days of the booking request.

Deposit requirements:

• For 1 night: full payment required
• For longer stays: 30% of the total price

Payment methods:

• By credit card via the booking interface or by providing your card details over the phone. Credit card payment is required for bookings made less than 8 days before arrival.
• By bank check (payable to “Le Patio 34”)
• By bank transfer to the following account:

  (Please notify us by email of the transfer date and indicate your name and arrival date in the subject line.)

The booking becomes final only upon receipt of the deposit. Payment of the deposit implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions for guest rooms and gîtes.

Guest Rooms:

• If cancelled more than 3 days before arrival: the deposit (30%) will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival: the first night is charged.
• In case of no-show: the full cost of the stay is due.

Gîtes:

• If cancelled more than 8 days before arrival: the deposit (30%) will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 8 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show: the full cost of the stay is due.

General Rules:

If the client does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the expected arrival date (unless late arrival has been arranged), the owner may rent the room to someone else. The deposit remains non-refundable.

In case of early departure, the full cost of the originally booked stay remains due (excluding breakfast for guest rooms).

If the stay is cancelled by Le Patio 34, the client will receive a refund equal to twice the deposit amount.

Rooms and gîtes are available between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time to avoid unnecessary waiting if we are temporarily away. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., please contact us in advance.

Rooms and gîtes must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible upon request and may incur an additional charge.

The balance is to be paid upon arrival for gîte stays and at the end of the stay for guest room bookings.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be collected during your stay.

The owner reserves the right to change the room initially booked by the client to another room of the same or higher category, at no additional cost and without compensation.

Only small dogs under 5 kg, cats, and guide dogs are allowed, upon prior request and with a €7/day surcharge. Without prior approval during booking, pets are not accepted.

If this condition is not respected, refusal to accept the pet and its owner does not constitute a breach of contract by the owner. Therefore, no refund will be issued if the client decides to leave early.
Dogs are not permitted in the pool area but may use the large park next to the patio for walks.

All guests are expected to observe a certain art of living to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

Guests must follow the etiquette guidelines provided in the rooms and in these terms and conditions.
Rooms must be left in good condition, and guests are financially responsible for any damage they may cause.
Children remain the full responsibility of their parents, who must ensure they do not disturb other guests (common areas, parking, pool).

The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi® are free to use, open from mid-April to the end of September, and accessible daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Inflatable mattresses and flippers are not allowed. Parents must supervise their children at all times to avoid accidents and disturbances.
The sauna is free but available by reservation and subject to availability.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.
Le Patio 34 commits to not sharing your personal information with any third parties.
Common areas are under video surveillance. Access to footage can be granted upon written request.
