Where is your guesthouse located?

Our patio is located in Lavérune, a charming village just minutes from Montpellier. It’s a neighboring town to Montpellier, and you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in to your room or cottage between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please inform us of your arrival time in advance to avoid waiting. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., contact us in advance.

Is breakfast included with the stay?

Yes, breakfast is included for bed and breakfast bookings. For cottage or apartment rentals, it is optional at €10. Discover the Patio 34 Breakfast.

Do you offer parking for guests?

Yes, private parking is available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Each accommodation includes one parking space. Additionally, an electric vehicle charging station is available on the property.

Are pets allowed?

Only small dogs under 5 kg, cats, and guide dogs are accepted, upon prior request and for a fee of €7/day. Without prior approval at the time of booking, pets are not allowed.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
